The organization of CERN biotic data quality management system (CERN-BQMS) consists of 38 terrestrial research stations, Sub-Center for Biology, Synthesis Research Center, Competent Authority and Scientific Committee to form a four levels management system. Competent Authority and Scientific Committee, as the top level of CERN-BQMS, exercise management and supervising functions. Synthesis Research Center is responsible for database design and development, data comprehensive assessment, data management and sharing. Sub-Center for Biology is responsible for protocol formulation, technical training, observation process supervising, data verification and assessment, data management and sharing. Stations are responsible for data collection, data instant checking and correction, data management and sharing.
